Lahaina, HI - Michael "Mike" A. Yoshida, 63, of Honokowai, Maui, passed away peacefully on January 25, 2026. Born on September 29, 1962, in Wailuku, Maui, to Paul Jiro and Kiyoko Yoshida, Mike cherished spending time with friends, dining out, and attending movies. In recent years, he found joy in trips to Las Vegas and especially valued time with his beloved cat, Bully. He is survived by his sister, Judy Shibano (Ryan Shibano), his nephew, Micah Shibano (Lesley Shibano), grandniece Peyton Shibano, and niece Jenna Shibano. Mike was also supported by many close friends. He was predeceased by his parents.

A service will be held on February 27, 2026, at Nakamura Chapel, 1218 Lower Main Street, Wailuku, Maui, Hawaii. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m., followed by a Celebration of Life at 11:00 a.m. Lunch will be served after the service. Michael will be laid to rest privately at a later date.
