Lahaina, Maui - Tammy Kahala Puaa Kalilikane

Tammy Kalilikane of Lahaina, Hawai'i, passed away peacefully on April 9, 2025, surrounded by her loved ones.

Born on January 5, 1970, in Wailuku, Maui, Tammy lived a life full of love, laughter, and family. On February 6, 1999, she married the love of her life, Dwayne Kalilikane Sr. Together they built a beautiful life and raised five children: Leinani-Tiffanie (Sheldon) Ortiz, Dwayna "Dee" (Richard) Kalilikane, Kaihi (Josh) Kalilikane, Daisy (Dustin) Kalilikane, and Dwayne Jr. "Bulla" (Shayla-Kamalei) Kalilikane.

Tammy was also the proud grandmother of 18 grandchildren, Kimokeo(16), Kanalu (12), Tyren(11), Rayna(10), Nalani(9), Kaipo(9), Storm(9), Kahala (8), Kapena-William (7), Annie (6), Kaua (6), Wahine (4), Kazilyn (2), Emilia-Rose (1), Kekai (1), who brought endless joy to her days.

She is survived by her siblings: Bill (Kim) Puaa Jr., Ernest (Lisa) Puaa, Charmaine (Jack) Cox, Stanley (Tiare) Puaa, Koni (Stephaine) Puloka; along with many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews who loved her unconditionally.

Tammy is preceded by her parents, William and Wahine Puaa, and her beloved grandchildren: Tatiana Kalilikane, Khayden Kalilikane, and Kruz Ortiz.

Her greatest happiness came from spending time with her grandchildren, whether during quiet moments at home or at big family gatherings. Tammy's warm heart, kind spirit, and unwavering love for her family will always be remembered.

She will be deeply missed and forever cherished by her family and all who knew her.

- Maui Service: Saturday, May 3, 2025, at Ballard Mortuary from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

- Moloka'i Service: Saturday, May 10, 2025, at Kalaiakamanu Hou Church from 9:30a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
